Fanfare – 4th February 1984

The bandsman assemble on the stage for the Finale .
The standards of all the Scout Troops, Cub Packs, and
Guide Companies add colour to the scene, and Tony Andrews
announces the end of the evenings entertainment .

Fanfare ’84 was held at the De Montfort Hall, Leicester,
with eleven Leicestershire Scout Bands taking part.
Drum Majors Richard Lewin and Stephen Evans lead the
combined bands of the Syston Scouts and the Thurmaston
Scouts and Guides in their item.
