Fanfare ’84 was held at the De Montfort Hall, Leicester, with eleven Leicestershire Scout Bands taking part. Drum Majors Richard Lewin and Stephen Evans lead the combined bands of the Syston Scouts and the Thurmaston Scouts and Guides in their item.
